How does the knowledge base work?
Our knowledge base contains articles that answer many of the questions that we get from our users, and it’s expanding every day. It’s easy to use our knowledge base! Just click the green “Need Help” button on the top right, then select “Priority Support” (if you subscribe to Priority Support), or “Send Us a Note”. The Help Widget will appear in the bottom right of your screen. Here you can enter any keywords or phrases to get a list of knowledge base topics.
How can I attend a webinar?
Webinars are free to attend and are scheduled every weekday! You can sign up for a webinar session here.
How can I get training?
Sometimes users and companies would like a little more in depth training. We offer Rise Training in our store. Sign up, and we’ll schedule a 1 hour one-on-one training session for you. If you have multiple users that would like to attend the training session, that’s fine!
Where can I purchase support?
Sometimes you just need help right now. Our Priority Support subscription is the best way to ensure that you get answers to your questions ASAP. Our support team is available 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
